This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which original paintings and commissioned works are packaged, shipped, insured, and delivered.
All works are original oil paintings and are shipped with appropriate care and protection.

2. Processing Time
For commissioned works:

Paintings are shipped only after final approval and full payment.

Please allow [3–7 business days] for professional packaging and preparation after completion.
For available works:

Orders ship within [3–5 business days] of confirmed payment.
You will receive tracking information once the work has shipped.

3. Packaging
All paintings are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Packaging may include:

Protective glassine or archival wrap

Corner protection
-
Bubble wrap and rigid support
-
Custom-sized shipping box or crate (for larger works)
Large or high-value works may be professionally crated.

4. Shipping Methods
Domestic shipments (U.S.) are sent via reputable carriers such as:

UPS

FedEx
-
USPS (for smaller works)
International shipments are sent via tracked and insured international services.
Shipping method is selected based on size, value, and destination.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are:

Quoted separately for commissions based on size, weight, and destination.
International buyers are responsible for:

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price.

6. Insurance
All original works are shipped fully insured for their declared value.
In the rare event of damage during transit:

Notify me within 48 hours of delivery.

Retain all packaging materials.

Provide photographs of the damage and packaging.
Claims will be handled through the shipping carrier’s insurance process.

7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the buyer must contact the carrier directly. Assistance will be provided as needed.

8. Delivery Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
I am not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses.

9. International Shipping Considerations
Delivery times for international shipments vary by country and customs processing.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that artwork can be legally imported into their country.
